The Necessity of Unity Acts2:46-47
The early church had Power because it had Unity. The Christians were united in purpose, sound in Doctrine and filled with the Spirit. They gave no place to the devil and his minions. As a result the strong man was bound and his goods were plundered! Mark3:27 Satan’s kingdom was invaded by a superior force. His turf uprooted and no longer did he have exclusive control over the lives of men. But today the Churches can't agree on anything. On one side of the spectrum you have fanatical emotional non-sense seeking after signs, wonders and spiritual gifts. None of which seem to lead men to repentance or a Deeper relationship with the Living Christ. On the other side, you have an intellectual accent to facts. All theory, no experience. People are told if they have a 'moment' of true faith they are saved forever no matter what they do afterwards. The Result, they do NOTHING and become complacent to the True Spirit of God, bound by sin and lust and headed for the lake of fire. Is it possible to find the true spirit of unity in this dark hour? Where the powers of darkness are bound and the people not deceived? Every professing Christian you meet has a million excuses why he's still living in sin, neglecting his duty and ignoring God's Word. Pressed to produce evidence that the Spirit of God dwelleth in him, he cries 'WORKS!' and shuts his ears to the truth. Is all hope lost for the modern church? Re-examine the book of Acts and see for yourself what God can do when His people agree.
The deceiving spirits have crafted modern doctrine in such manner that professing Christians consider themselves secure in Christ while living in known, willful sin. They are told by so called Bible Scholars that no matter how vile they act, God will never reject them! That they can 'live like the devil' after receiving Christ and be assured of heaven when they die. No wonder our society is falling apart. Faith is 'knowing' about God. Grace is 'accommodation' to sin. Obedience is 'Works!' and sin NO ONE can Overcome, not even God Almighty! Scripture truth has been turned on its head and FEW will Contend for the faith. Learn why satan has been so successful deceiving the masses with his false teachings. See for yourself why these outrageous statements made by renowned ministers work so well.
Are the churches beyond redemption? Many signs seem to indicate they are. Christ has been excluded, the Word compromised and the works are dead. The Book of Revelation has a lot to say to the modern churches. Unfortunately only a 'FEW' are listening to what the Spirit is saying. Read 'Dead Men's Bones' and let the Lord speak to your heart.
